Believe what you want, you are entitled to your right. But don't actually believe the Government tells you the whole truth. The 9/11 Report tells you what you want to hear not the complete truth.

Kind of.
I don't believe the American gov't had a hand in planning it at all. What I do believe, though, is that the Bush adminstration knew of the attack beforehand. They simply let it happen, they didn't help it or hinder it. And I believe they did this to basically galvanize support behind themselves; so that they could do whatever they want and no one would stand in their way because of fear.
As far as the planes that hit the towers, I think those were actual passenger planes. I had heard some say that the original passenger planes were diverted and military planes sent into the towers; but that seems illogical to me. If you're going to kill thousands in the towers, than would you really care about saving a couple hundred on a plane? And if (as I believe) Muslim terrorists did it, they would go after civilians for added psychological attack on America.
I had also heard about the suspected bombings of the two towers and Building 7; that explosives were placed at the base of all three buildings to bring down the towers. I also consider this far-fetched. It takes too long to plan how to hit the explosions just right to bring down a tower; it also takes more than one night to make sure they are placed at the right areas. I personally believe someone would have noticed beforehand.
What I think happened is this. All three buildings were designed to take heavy damage on the outside (from high winds from storms or from earthquakes and etc.). The outside walls were reinforced and steel beams were placed in the middle for added support to the outside. What happened, however, is that superheated jet fuel fires started inside the building and melted the steel beams. With the loss of support the floors started falling from the top down and hit the ground before the towers fell, thus causing the outward explosions seen on the tapes.
The outside walls were still reinforced so that they held for a little while longer while the inside was falling away, but the loss of the steel beam support was too much. The outside soon gave way after the fall of the inside floors and the first tower came down. The force of it hitting the ground shook the ground enough to bring the other tower down right after. Building 7 was close enough to be taken down as well.
So I don't think the US gov't was a part of it; and there are logical explanations for what happened on the videotapes without the US having been a part of it. The only conspiracy that I see is that the Bush adminstration did have the information. They don't deny they had it, what they say is that it showed up in such a way that they couldn't put it together until it was too late. It is possible that is true, but I think unlikely.
I think they put it together, but chose to stay out of it so that they could use the aftermath to instill fear in American citizens. Then American citizens would give power to the president so that he could "protect" us, by removing our rights. Anyone that said anything about it could then be said to be in league with those that attacked us, thus destroying their credibility. This event has led to a huge loss in our rights, and may end with a dictatorship (if you believe it hasn't already done so). We must be careful not to give too much power to the president, if we haven't done so already.

Yes there is a conspiracy. And those who are responsible are laughing at us for being fools ignoring the plain truth. They realize that we're completely gullible into believing anything. They are laughing at people in this country from their camps in the Middle East as they plan another attack and how to blame the US government.
As for WTC 7, eyewitness account states the building facing the twin towers had been severely damaged. You are also aware that building 7 held several tanks of fuel right? This is what most experts say are the cause of explosions.

Oh sure they wanted to blow up the white house and the pentagon where they all work. That is so redicules. Your forgetting the first attack and near ly successful attack on the world trade center was when Clinton(ug) was president, and that worthless a h was to busy messing with Monica TO DO A THING ABOUT ITopps, the liberals let all these people come into our country, take edvantage of our educational system, so they could scope out the method to kill thousands of working young professionals and bomb the white house and pentagon and if the other plane hadn't gone down in that field it would have gone right into the capital of the USA now wouldn't Bush and company have loved that, they could have been killed. There is no other side to THIS story.

Either way you look at it, it was a conspiracy - more than one person involved. Is there more to the conspiracy than we have been led to believe and what is reflected in the 9/11 Commission Report? Absolutely. Just look at the Pakistani ISI and Saudi involvement and the story of Sibel Edmunds for starters. That doesn't mean that every crazy conspiracy theory out there, of which there are many, is true. However, to say that all the serious problems with the official story amount to nothing, as our friend Mr. BA in political science over here (what, was sociology too challenging?) has claimed, is ridiculous. How does your BA stack up to some of these folks.

I don't always trust the government either, but what does that have to do with a conspiracy? I don't trust you either, but that doesn't mean that you caused 9-11.
Since you're the one who is claiming 9-11 is a conspiracy, YOU should be the one explaining why only a few selected windows broke on the WTC building, UNLIKE building that undergoes a controlled demolition?
Also explain who planted the explosives, and how you KNOW who did it?
Explain why Bin Laden is admitting to this crime, and list proof for your "facts".

I don't think that it was a conspiracy per se. But I do think that in fifty years from now if we still have a USA that a lot of information will come out that is being denied now. Look at Pearl Harbor and the J.F.K. assassination as examples. Or the C.I.A. connection to heroin imports in the 60's and crack cocaine connections in the 80's and 90's. We do not live in the open democracy that is touted. But we do like to remind every other country in the world that we are the greatest. But in other countries I couldn't write this, go to bed and sleep well. I would have to be worrying about disappearing and we haven't gone there YET. Thank God, Allah, Muhammed, Krishna and Buddha. And I don't know who the atheists thank, but thank them too.

Our government would not be that stupid to attempt something that drastic. Just think: if we learned it was a set up, the entire government would be overthrown, Bush would be hanged, along with anyone else who knew about it, and the US would turn into anarchy.
Perhaps the government had an IDEA that it may happen, but there is so much intelligence that goes through the CIA that they can't piece it all together sometimes.
America lost a lot from the 9/11, and I don't think our government would ever attack our country in that drastic of a measure.
Don't listen to all the conspiracy nuts you hear. Don't worry, we also landed on the moon, without a doubt.

Did someone say there were no Israeli casualties in either of the twin towers ? Did someone say there were secondary explosions in the twin towers that actually brought them down . Did someone say the plane that was headed for the white house was shot down ? Did someone say that 15 out of 19 hyjackers were from saudi arabia ? Does someone see something about to hit the fan ? No conspiracy here .

Yes, I just figured out. Osama bin Laden is a double agent. He claimed responsibility for the 9/11 attacks in order to draw suspicion away from the true culprit, George Bush or his designee. This is also why he dyed his hair and beard black to signal jihad; to provide a pretext for the US to knock down the towers and invade Afghanistan, which the US had always wanted to do because of the precious rug mines there.

Before 9/11, in the US national media, there was occassional reference to "terrorist training camps in Iraq," and Al Qaeda training camps in Iraq."
After 9/11, silence.
That appears to be more of a conspiracy that the one you wish to believe.
Have a look at: http://www.americanissuesforum.com/iraqconnectionto911.html
Best US information believes that is where the terrorists trained and practiced on methods to hijack an airliner.
