Nuclear bombs are not as strong as most people think. And the days of the several megaton bombs are over. Bombs of several megatons have all been decommissioned and each year the number of nuclear weapons decreases.

A major concern is having nuclear bombs from rogue nations smuggled into America.

Years ago I was a navigator on a USAF B-52 (we carried nukes), and I had training on nuclear bombs and weapons.

You won't get a hard and fast answer because a nuclear war might be as small as only one nuclear device being used. In that case there would only be localized after effects.

Logic dictum = if there is somebody left, and they survive, it's not the end. The world as it once was will not exist in the same manner, but if their are survivors "the end" is a moot point.

The concept of Nuclear War, as you have learned to fear it, doesn't exist.

Feel free to whine and cry, pull out your hair, fill your diapers, whatever.

Normal life will go on for most of the world. They will read about it in their papers or see it on the news.

You need to learn what you are talking about before you speak.
