Why bother to give someone a compliment unless you actually mean it...?
I hate fake people... I would never do that.
I am always sincere with my compliments.

don't know about others, but when i give a compliment to someone it definitely comes from my heart not just to being or showing a nice person to that person

I mean it. I just don't say things to hear myself speak. Sometimes I get overtly excited though and scare people when I compliment them... eh.
