Both of these follow glycolysis.

Fermentation just takes care of the products of glycolysis so that glycolysis can keep going. It doesn't make any more ATPs than the 2 ATP gained from glycolysis. And it doesn't use any oxygen.

Aerobic respiration continues from glycolysis, breaking down the pyruvate further and further, eventually getting about 38 ATP from each molecule of glucose. It uses oxygen as the final electron acceptor.
