If the condom slips but the base of the condom remains outside, is there a big chance of her getting pregnant? Keep in mind that the open end of the condom is outside of her. Thanks to all who answer.

Last time I checked condoms were only about 40% effective in regards to avoiding pregnancy. Trusting a condom for effective "protection" from HIV, AIDS, pregnancy and anything else they tell you it makes you "safe" for is like saying - great I've got my hard hat on - now I can jump off this 10 story building - after all I've got protection! The most important factor is the timing of her ovulation and if she's regular because the most fertile time for most women is 14 days after the first day of their last period and a day or two before or after. Condoms tear - some are not manufactured properly etc.... Come on - if you don't want kids - pick abstinence or sterilization - that's how you can be safe from getting someone pregnant - otherwise - you're always taking a risk.

There's a very slight chance but most likely no. Get the right sized condoms for your "member" not for your ego.
