We have been asked about this name before on Answers..
It's an attempt at combining two names to create a new unique name .

And frankly it is horrid!

It's a ridiculous name.

It sounds like it's been "made up". Not a fan of made-up names, personally.

The name "Esme" is quite cute - a cousin of mine has used it. Before that, I thought it was an old lady name (like Ethel or Doris LOL)

However, it's your baby. Call it what you want :-)
