I keep up with the news (mainly BBC) and current events. Russia is really starting to worry me. Putin is becoming increasingly agressive, not to mention the fact that I have a strong feeling he's the puppet master in the Middle East. It was less than 20 years ago when we were involved in a Cold War with Russia, in my opinion, they still cannot be trusted.

With everything thats happened recently and the worlds ever decreasing opinion of the United States, does anyone else feel that something big is about to happen? Maybe I'm just being paranoid, I hope Im just being paranoid, but I really do feel that this is all leading up to something big.

You are actually very intuitive if you haven't been reading up on this. Yes the US and NATO allies are surrounding Russia right now Globally. China also is being surrounded and that is why every week they threaten us, and have before threatened to Nuke the US. They have real ones also not some fake Iran rerun of the WMD labs, but real ICBM's with Nuclear Warhead loaded and pointed at the US. North Korea is only a proxy battle between the 2 groups. Thats why we build up South Korea and China builds up North Korea.

Putin isn't 100% in charge but the people behind him also realize what is happening on the Global stage.

As for what you said about Russia being behind the middle east, you are right and wrong. Yes Russia & China sell all types of weapons to the Arab's and Asian's. But they buy it with money the US gives them. You see to be a Military Superpower like the USA, you have to have a reason to build up your resources. Like say a Red Communist Menace. Well that ended in 1992 with the collapse of the Soviet Union. So the US needed a new enemy, one that they could use to justify another 100 years of military buildup. That threat is the Arab boogey man. That is why the Bin Ladens where allowed to leave the US, when we all where grounded after 9/11. Thats why Osama is a CIA agent, who recruited fighters to attack Russia during the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in the 80's.

You should read up about 9/11 Truth and some of the facts, of that day. We allowed those attacks to happen at the least and at the most planned and executed them. The Hijackers where trained at US bases, 7 of them are still alive, Joint Cheifs of staff got no fly warnings on 9/10, Willie Brown got a no fly call, Thermite was found at WTC, WTC7, NORAD stood down its operating procedure, War Games on 9/11 simulating hijacked planes being crashed into buildings, the Hijcakers where detained and then allowed entry into the US after the government intervened, the flight instructors said that the Hijackers where all basicaly retarted.

So we financed and built Al-Qaida, trained them, armed them, now we have them running around so we can scape goat them.

The Prime Minister of Iraq Nouri Al Maliki thinks it's the US who is planting all the IED's and is behind the Insurgency. The Iranian government has come out and stated publicy that they believe the attacks of 9/11 came from within the US.

Brittish Special Forces have been caught red handed in Iraq, shooting up check points with brown face paint, turbans on and Ied 's in the trunk.

So to sumise, we create Al-Qaida, fund them, they buy weapons from Russia, use them on US soldiers. The US has it's justification for another 100 year war, a military buildup which has been awarded trillions of dollars in contracts. Bush, Cheney, Haliburton, Blackwater all get rich and move to Dubai while we all sit back and pay for it.

People have constantly feared for the long run and I keep in mind the 'bloodless conflict' too! However I consider I worry extra for my fine nieces futures greater than I ever did for my young children. If worldwide warming keeps and the expected upward thrust in sea stages happens they may not also be in a position to are living in which they're now. I wouldn't have grandchildren, probably my kids are wiser than I was once! It might be underneath water earlier than the youngest reaches 30! People used to make use of fist instead than knife or gun, teenage mom supposed any one sixteen or 17 no longer thirteen or 14! and it was once frowned upon no longer brazenly approved! I do not take into account my regional information or paper reporting a 'pensioner' being overwhelmed up for a couple of quid! It could were entrance web page information but simply final week there have been three stories and no they did not make the entrance web page! As an Agnostic, All I will say is that if God's coming he bigger make it particularly quickly, earlier than among us [Any long term World conflict will make WW2 appear like a playground brawl! ] and nature [her equipment for combating again are the consequences of Global warming] we're wiped off the planet! I particularly do not see mankind uniting Do you? no longer except the little inexperienced guys from Mars invade!!!

I don’t think you’re paranoid as I feel the same. I don’t think ‘Something Big’ will happen in the near future but we all should be concerned with recent developments in Russia.

The Russians have always felt they are a super power and since the fall of the USSR they have blame the West, mostly the US but in actual fact they caused their own demise by spend much of their GDP on weapons instead on developing the country and feeding it’s people.

There are a few things that are a major concern.
1.Putin is intent to retain power even though he is meant to step down next year. The recent election in Russia is just a stepping stone for him to become Prime Minster. Once he is Prime minster he can retain power as long as he is re-elected.
2.Putin’s move to isolate Russia from the West and align Russia with the likes of Iran and anti Western Countries.
3.Russian weapons and armory are sold and supplied to anti-western opponents to combat Western forces.

The war of the future will be a war for resources, unless mankind can find alternative fuel to drive their man made creations I see this as a likely outcome. The Iraq war was not just about removing a dictator or WMD but a war of resources and with world oil reserves running low, Russia are in a position to gain.

Russia is an enormous country with large natural resources and Putin knows this. He uses this influence (or dictate) the European nations who rely heavily on the supply.

If Putin manages to persuade the Chinese to join their league of crazy nations then we are in serious trouble. With China bordering Russia who do you think China will side with if a war was to break out? However for now with China heavily relying on the West for trade relations, the Chinese would most likely be a middle man.

I feel sorry for the Russian people who have been seduced and conned by Putin. He is just a man hell bent in retaining power and dominance. The only realistic outcome is they will suffer again and the world this time will suffer with it.

The Reality IS, Our days as the World's only "Superpower"- are numberd...-and what's going on in Russia is the LEAST of our Worries. Our Dependance on Foreign Oil & cheap "Wal-mart Type" Products from China- is slowly squeezing us out of the Competition for those items from the rest of the World... The "Something Big" you're concerned about- is already, quietly underway... -And it's that we're losing the "Economic War" to more Populated Countries that are FINALLY catching up to the Western World's Standard of Living...

look, you have nothing to be scared of, sure Russia might be quadrupiling its military budget, but their economy isnt in the same league as the United States, China or the EU. You cant have a cold war with a nation that doesnt have a good economy even if you have the most powerful military let alone a hot war.

Well I said it many times before and I'll say it again. Putin is one of the Anti-Christs (I think the others are Bashar Assad of Syria and the Iranian president). Wait and see. He's crafty and he means much worse. Too bad the Russians adore him.
