You are doing the best thing that you can do as a pregnant woman. You are not too lazy - you're carrying twins! Most women who work while pregnant only do that because they have no choice but to help pay the bills - like me! Just thank your man everyday for giving you the opportunity to carry a healthy pregnancy to term without being afraid that you're putting it at risk. You are so blessed! Congratulations! You also need to relax because labor and delivery is hard and you're not going to get much relaxation for the rest of your life. Every phase of childhood and the teen years through adulthood - you'll be constantly concerned for their welfare and doing what you can to help them be happy - so definitely - relax now if you have the chance! Use the time to write to family members and get back in touch with old girlfriends and such. You've got a TON of planning to do with the room and figuring out what you need and setting up your place. The hospital where you'll deliver probably offers a gazillion classes from expectant mothers' swimming to baby basics expectant mom's groups and more. Give them a call and find out what they offer.

Awwwee how cute!! No rest as much as you can, i could only imagine how uncomfortable you must feel with 2 little ones in there. I say relax and take time for yourself cause after your two little ones come along you are going to need it!!
So long as you get up and walk around, why not get a yoga dvd for home or something, it will help with the labour and also dont forget to do thoes pelvic floor exercises whilst your at home because with 2 babies in there everything is going to stretch much more than with a singular pregnancy.Congrats on both your babies!!

I would personally go insane if I were you. And sitting around the house would make me feel like a lard ***, even if I wasn't.
So personally, I would say, yes, you're being way too lazy, and should get up and DO something. Like get a part-time job, join a yoga class or something. But of course that's just me and what I'd do, because there is no way I could stay home all the time if I didn't have my daughter. Which is why I worked my entire pregnancy,, and then became a stay at home mom, which I love dearly. But there is no way I could be a stay at home wife(only), pregnant or not.
Edit: To the person below me. I wasn't one of "those" women that worked because I had to. My husband makes just fine money without me working. But there was no way I was going stay home and do what? Clean? Watch Tv.. do........ nothing. Why? I stay home now because I want to raise my daughter, not someone else doing, and I'm lucky enough we can afford for me not to have to work for money. For side money I do watch/babysit the neighbor's daughter(s). Her youngest is my daughter's age about(a year older) so they love playing together.
Pregnancy doesn't mean your broken or incapable of working or something.

as long as you haven't got infants to assist or a matching legal duty, then i do no longer see any ethical/ethical subject with it. I do think of it is stupid, nonetheless. you're harm maximum appropriate now, and that's punctiliously justified given what events have befallen you. i do no longer think of you would be making this determination interior the main purpose suggestions-set. you would be better off returning to artwork and having some style of respectable prevalent of residing. in case you extremely could grow to be a bum, then evaluate being a traveling bum. A hobo, in case you will. you may even start up an severe-low-funds "backpacking journey" in Europe, the place a minimum of you would be homeless able you have in no way experienced until now.

It sounds like you are not so lazy. Atleast you get out and do things.
There is nothing wrong with you resting and relaxing, especially since you are having twins.
Although, it is good for a pregnant woman to exercise, you are pregnant with twins and need more rest than a single pregnancy.
Don't feel guilty at all, take advantage.

Because you're uncomfortable. You should relax, but maybe while you're at home, invite your BFFs over for some fun. Even plan your baby shower.

I was the same way with my first pregnancy and ended up weighing 200lbs on my delivery date. I gained almost 50lbs. I learned my lesson with my second and was very active and only gained 25. It took me almost a year with my first to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight. Be as active as you can especially during these early months of pregnancy. In the later months you will wish you could be as active!!

Be glad you have the opportunity to do nothing. Enjoy it. I'm sure you still clean house and are eventually preparing for the arrival of your twins so you are technically doing something. Congrats!
