Like 'lynn-nay-uh'. I absolutely love the name; it's a bit more updated than just Lynn. Plus, if someone wanted to go with a 'nature' kind of theme, Linnea means 'lime tree', if they're interested lol.

personally I would probably pronounce it Luh-Nay.... I had a friend with that name (spelled similar to the way you have it spelled)...
