Yes. Someone smarter than I am explained that the first was for the off-color nature of the question itself and the second was for the point-gaming when I put (Best Answer gets 10 points) to be funny. Next time I'll offer 1000 points and see how it goes.

I did and I wrote them. They gave me back 10 points, but did not reinstate the question or reverse the violation!!!

No, but the violation notices I get are just as stupid. Yes, they do have WTF written all over them.
Thank the stupid idiots that are lifeless and don't have anything better to do than report and hand out notices.
