I have a very weird period. I start and its there for about 2-3 days..and for a couple days after its spotting. Is that normal? I haven't had sex since July, and before I used to have my period regularly for about 4-5 days.

Mine do the same thing. It's normal. it can be based on hormonal change, stress, weight loss. But you will be fine as long as you aren't having any other major issues.

You don't give much details as to why your period may be changing. A change in your daily routines (such as a new job, a move, etc) can change your cycle. Birth control can do crazy things to it as well. As long as your having a regular period, and you know you're not pregnant (take a test) I think you're probably alright. Try to relax. (and enjoy the shorter periods!!!)
