Your motherboard battery needs replaced. A battery with the number 'CR2032' is very common for motherboards, and recently is available at stores like Walmart for very little money.

When replacing your battery, power off your system and unplug it. Wait for a bit, then remove the cover. If it has an LED light on the motherboard wait for it to go out. As much as possible, keep some part of your skin touching the case while you change the battery. You should be able to pry the old one up by inserting a coin such as a US dime into the slot in the battery holder. Watch the angle it has at it comes out as you will need to reverse this process to put the new battery in.

Hope that helps!

Read the manual for the motherboard and find out what type of battery you need, then go and buy it, then put it in the computer.
