Being thrown in jail for something you didnt do...Or having your friend being thrown in jail for something YOU did?

Number 2. The guilt would get to me though and I'd own up.
I'd also like to study criminology at university so an inside look would be useful lol.

I think having friend thrown in jail for something I did would be worse.

I think it would be worse to have a friend thrown in jail for something I did, just because of the build up of guilt. Plus, if your friend ever found out you were the reason she was thrown in jail, then you stress the relationship.
If throw in jail for something I didn't do, that would just suck. haha.

Being thrown in jail... because if my friend was thrown in jail for something I did, I would plead guilty to doing it, and then I'd be thrown in jail for something I DID do.

That depends. If you are trying to save someone from making his life worse then sacrifice for it. Choose the first. But if you think that your friend is saving you from what you have committed, then think it over why he can sacrifice himself to jail. He has the reason for that. Try to discover.
But legally, none of them is worse because they are both worst.

omg, I think thrown in for somthing you didnt do, because um, my friend and I have this rule that id I have somthing bad happen to me she has the same thing happen to her, that includes Jail, cutting, everything, lol its kinda badb bu still
