Get a Toshiba/Dell/Lenovo/HP. Take the extra money you saved from not buying an Apple (~$1,500+) and buy some professional video editing software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.

For PC, I only use Lenovo. If you are going to do a lot of movie making, I'd go with a Mac.
