1) The person who is inwardly a very fascinating person, but just doesn't show it outwardly. (How should they become outwardly interesting?)

2) The person who is JUST PLAIN BORING.

No one is actually boring they are typicly boring, I have a friend no one likes but myself, he is not dull by any means just very shy and has very bad comunication skills, but he has his days where he is very talkitive and others when hes "boring" but then I ask him some off beat question that has no facts so he will debate with me, because every one has there own opinion.

so basiclly the same thing for each type of person, just ask them something that has no real answer and let them rip.
