Why do you let this pain go on. If you like the man TELL HIM, its better to find out the truth then wast time out of your life not knowing what could come out of it. If he says he doesnt like you in that way, thats his laws. you'll be able to move on with your life if you know the anwser. Although it might seem scary, gilr you gata know not all men will come talk to you about it, there scared too. YOU need to talk to him. And remember confadence is key!

You just tell him, if he says he doesn't like you the pain will go away sooner than holding onto it longer and longer, I know because this has happened to me twice. He probably doens't like you if he hasn't asked you out yet. Or his has a girlfriend that he likes also and doesn't want to get rid of her. Just tell him, and be confident about it, men like confidence.

Make an evening plan with him something simple. Its christmas time so go shopping together or something anything really the more time you spend with him the better and flirt girl you have got to work yourself ( by flirting of course ) if you start flirting with him thats all you need!

If he hasn't picked up on your feelings by now girl, either come out and tell him how you feel, or get over him. Don't go so crazy over someone who doesn't have your feelings in their minds. There are better guys and more ATTENTIVE guys out there girl.........cheer up!

You should take him aside and tell him. or you can just wait for the right moment. like if you 2 r just walking and then you can tell him. you can send clues out to him to see if he gets it.
