dad bought me a NEW car....everyone thinks im showing off at school...but when i think about it, i'm sure they would do the SAME if they got a NEW car...RIGHT?

yea just dont show it off. pretend like you have a used car like everyone else. try not to smile or be all "proud".
my friend also got a nice car. he has a 2006 Scion tC. we always tease him how he's daddy's little b i t c h and all dat. but he deserves it because he always accelerates when hes in front of the school

Not to be rude, but are you showing off? You said "everyone thinks im showing off at school" then you say "but when i think about it, i'm sure they would do the SAME if they got a NEW car." By that I would assume that you are showing off. I don't think every kid would show off if they got a new car it really depends how humble they are. Ultimately your a teenager so you'll live and learn.

They're jealous, but if I were you, I would fight the urge to do much more than mention it...just don't make a big deal about it or you WILL seem obnoxious.

I would be thrilled to death! Don't gloat or be to much of a showoff, but it is fine to be excited! They are probably jealous.
