They have what is called estrous cycle, which corresponds to the time of ovulation. There is nothing like menstrual cycle as we see in women.

yes... but because there animals they have sex and are pregnant on there period and so don't have periods... if you isolated one i guess it would have a period, but they're not the same as people periods...
