My roommate and I want to decorate for Christmas and Hannukah, respectively, and I was looking for some tips as to how to do it seamlessly. We've already discussed and decided that we don't want to divide the apartment in half (besides, there isn't much to devide in the first place.)

In addition to all the great stuff above me, I'd like to add:
Menorah candles in green & red
Star of David on Christmas tree
You could get those great Santa yarmulkes like they did on the OC
Multicolored lights (that way all the colors are included)
You could set up an altar with Christian & Jewish images
I saw some dreidel ornaments at Target (SO cute)
But most importantly you should try not to step on each other's toe while decorating. http://www.thisnext.com/list/96544F37/Chrismukkah-Decorating is a cool blog with some ideas.

Just do a mix then. Put up what you like and what he likes. When I was a child my best friend celebrated both Christmas & Hanukkah. Her house always had a mix of both.
