Definately Hilary Duff. Hilary has never been rude to anyone.. except for her rivalries like Lindsay Lohan.. but other then that, shes respectful to her fans, family, co-workers.. etc. I love her personality.. People may think she's a brat, but she's not. I think she's very sweet and down-to-earth
Emma and Julia Roberts: they both seem very sweet and down-to-earth people..
Miley Cyrus: She may seem like a brat on Disney, but i think she's a sweet and outgoing actress in the real world. She's never rude to her fans, and she treats them with respect

Celeb and real person do not go together, but if I had to answer, I would say that generally the older (40 and up) celebs act like regular people. The younger ones act like they never even finished elementary school

All the 'Celebs" are brats....
They go to parties we can't go to, they get special privlages, and they get things we dont.
Even Oprah, Ms. Give back, who gives away free cars and builds schools. That's a LOT OF money to come to her on her tax return
And yet they still all buy big houses and fill them with junk.
If I had to answer, I'd say Reese Witherspoon.

Deffinately Emily Procter!!!! i absolutely lovee herr!! i met her at the Guitar Hero 3 launch party, shes from CSI: Miami.. she plays Calleigh Duquense!! so yea, shes deffinately not a brat, and so very true!
