All babies are born with blue eyes. The eye color can change at around 6 weeks or so. Also, if there is a relative with blue eyes you could also carry the blue eye gene.

Two brown eyed people can make a blue-eyed baby.
However, two blue-eyed people cannot make a brown-eyed baby.
Brown eyes are a dominant gene, meaning if you have the gene you will show the trait and have brown eyes. However each parent could also be carrying the blue eyed gene, meaning their children could potentially end up with two blue-eyed genes and no brown-eyed genes and end up with blue eyes. The reverse could not happen because two blue eyed parents could not be carrying the brown-eyed gene.

Yes they can. Although brown eyes are the dominate trait, but that only means there is a higher chance.
It pretty much depends on the eye color of the grandparents and great grandparents of the child in question. Recessive genes can only skip 2 generations.
But basically if any of the grand parents or great grand parents have either blue or green eyes then the answer is definitely yes!!!
Both my parents have brown eyes and I have blue because my grandma did :)

Yes if they have a blue eyed gene. Good luck. I'm blue eyed. My hubby is brown and Asian. There is no way our children will ever have blue eyes. My little girl has such dark dark eyes! But I love them regardless.

Yes. My husband and I are blue eyed and have a daughter who has hazel eyes. The other daughter had blue eyes until she was a teen then they turned hazel also.
My dad was the only one in the family that had hazel eyes. So they got a recessive gene.

Absolutely. Anything is possible from seven generations back so if anyone has blue eyes in that line then it's possible. I have three brothers and the youngest has one blue and one green eye and blonde hair while the rest of us have dark brown eyes and hair. You just never know.
