Its kind of a cool name but it would remind me of George Costanza.

Sure I would.
It would be after "Seven-of-nine" the Unimatrix 01 Borg off StarTREK Voyager.
But it would only work for a girl.
At least you can't shorten it! Or would it end up as Sev?
But that's even cooler.
Imaging the conversation:
"What's your name?"
Sev.
"Cool. What's that short for?"
"Seven."
"OK ? (Embarasing silence) That's an - - - interesting name"

No, but Nine sounds like a great name. Or Forty, now that's a keeper.
That was sarcasm, no, I would never name my kid after a number.

Knowing me, I would accidently forget to put the "t" in there so it's a possibility.
