Yeah, I'm in college working up to that.

You can't just get accepted in a pharmacy school from highschool, you have to do you pre-pharmacy requirements first. But if you go to a university which has a pharmacy program that is excellent.

What I did was go to a california state university (San bernardino, Long Beach and fullerton are good..but so are other cal states, I just know these 3 more). I had a 3.0..its not that hard to get into a cal state (the only hardest cal state is Long beach and cal poly, the are mostly competive).

I am majoring in biology, you can major in Biology, biochemistry or chemistry for your pre-pharmacy requirements its just 2 years but, I plan on getting a BA in Biology and transfer to a pharmacy school from there. Get a bachelor's first becuase Pharmacy schools in California are competive and it will look real good if you have a bachelor's firsts. But its not absolutely necessary if you just spend two years in college doing your pre-pharmacy requirements and go straight into a pharmacy program in other state. It just looks good if you get a bachelor's.

Anyways! make up those F's, most universities don't accept peole with grades lower than a C. Anyways, also try to get into clubs in highschool such as spanish club, french club...whatever you want and try to hold an office like president of the spanish club or secretary. It will look good on your application. Also try to take at least one or two AP classes if you can.

I hope this helps and I hope you reach there!

I'm pretty sure you just need a diploma or GED and they don't look at GPA... Check a couple of the schools sites and see their requirements.
You'll deal with weights and measures in pharmacy but no crazy algebraic equations lol
Good luck:)

That doesn't really matter. If you really want to be a pharmacist, then the small details like that shouldn't trouble you that much. You'll learn to overcome them along the way, so don't sweat it. There are bigger, unexpected problems that lye ahead. Desire is more powerful than petty roadblocks like that.

Peace ^_^

Most pharmacy colleges don't accept you until you have college credit. Math is very important. You will use it daily.
