I watched Spanky and the Little Rascals when I went to the Saturday matinees and then later when it was on tv. I don't think I ever heard of anyone who didn't like them. Here's a very early link. Enjoy!

I watched Our Gang Comedy all the time in my younger days & a while back, I was watching them, but they're not on anymore. Each member of the gang had their own very unique personality on that show. Later in life, so many of the gang lived very difficult lives, & some passed away too early. I have an Our Gang DVD & I enjoy watching it over & over.

**Petey was the dog**

Yes, I think "Spanky and our Gang" came on right after the Mouseketeers.

Yep!

One of the local stations (Los Angeles) had a 60 hour retro TV show marathon the weekend after Thanksgiving and they showed a couple of episodes.

Hey Mr. Ed! The dog's name was Petey.

I didn't get to see many of these until our grandson was
little and he watched them on cable with us. I enjoyed the
few I've seen. And I enjoyed the first showing of the movie
of Little Rascals. That's one movie, our grandson could watch
over and over again. He was in love with Darla LOL.

Yes, and as a kid I did a little polishing on an Indianapolis Car (my dad was one of the mechanics on it) that was owned by a gentleman that I was told had been one of them (Ted Cornice). Also as an adult I drove a big rig as an employee of one hauling tomato's in the Sacramento California area for another of them (Wally Albright).

Yup-My favorite was when they were putting on a show and the only person not in the show was Froggy. They needed him to buy lemonade so they could make money and so they kept feeding him saltines to make him thirsty. It woudl have been in the 60's so obviously re-runs

I don't know if the show was on when I was little because I don't remember, but that is one of the few things we keep our VCR for. We have all the original shows on VHS tapes. Bought them many moons ago. My husband and I love to watch them occasionally.

No, but I remember watching Buffalo Bill with Howdy Doody, Clarabelle, and princess Iowana I think her name was. I always wanted to be in the peanut gallery.
