Not with scissors... with BEER! Be sure to put that condom OVER your can of beer before attempting to consume. Without it, you'll get DRUNK, and might drink'n'drive! But it won't happen if you use the condom over the can FIRST!

You can put a condom on the scissor, it might get you pregnant if you don't.
