need computer monitor help!!!?

Question

my computer monitor has rotated 90 degrees and i have to turn my head sidways to read it. even my mouse works with the screen moving it to the left it goes down, to the right goes up, down it goes to the right, up goes to the left, i need help on how to fix this to get it back to normal. for some reason my little brother was leaning against the key board and this is how it happened.

what graphics card is it? is there a red ATI in the bottom left, side left or somewere in the bar were the clock is?? lol hope your neck dosnt hurt or get stiff. lol
