First Download Bitcomet: http://www.bitcomet.com/doc/download.htm
Then go on torrentreactor.net and find a good torrent of one, search for one thats 500-1000mb, lots of seeds, and check the comments for any indication of a virus, or password protected file. Then when its done, watch it, good luck:)
