It's been running off a swedish website called lysator.se for ages and ages. Among other things it hosts is the Fantasy Art Resource Project or FARP which includes tutorials on drawing people, horses and other things to make your fantasy pictures really awesome.

This is an oldy and goody so just go. Then go back. Then go back again.
