I had A positive OPT yesterday.
Today the line was way! Way! Darker!
Tonight at 7:00pm Its A negative????
what does this mean???

That I already ovulated? and the LH surge is gone!
When You get A positive OPT, Does the surge last all day???

You ovulate 12-36 hours after the first positive result. When the positive goes away all's it means is that the LH surge is over, it doesn't necessarily mean that ovulated. Some women have surges that last a few days, some, like me, have surges that last only 1 day. This is why there really is no need to test after the first positive result, although I did when I first starting using them. The following websight I really liked and found helpful.
