Well, we are in America and people have freedom of speech here. I don't like him and never have liked him.... therefore I wont listen to him. I make the decisions about who I will and will not pay attention to, and I choose to not pay any to him. I guess if they want to give him a job and feel good about doing so, more power to them... I'm sure he'll have a lot of listeners yet. Some of them will people who have been fans this whole time, and others will just be waiting for him to F up again.

Compared to the problems of the world and those facing the US, Imus is hardly more than a minor footnote. Great hat though!

Had to switch all of my pre-programmed channels and now am trying to find something, anything in the morning. Not only is the world full of Howard Stern wannabees, no one can pull it off. It's terrible. However I will not listen to that bloated mess of imus

Bravo Dave B you said it all and very eloquently. I also do not agree with all Imus says but I do believe that he is a very generous man and was truly sorry for his offensive comments. It seems as thought the team forgave him, it was just Al Sharpton who didn't.

Same as I felt when he left. He's impossible but a very entertaining morning guy. the famous N.H.H comment was just so much Imus hot air. He's more of a friend to the black community than a lot of blacks. Go by what a man does, not by what he says.

I am glad he is going to be back and I think it's a shame he was taken off the air as it was. Now he should not have said what he did about those women but I hear many things just as bad every day on the radio. I am glad he apologized to those women and he unlike 99% of every other person who is in the media was man enough to go and do it in person and on the radio. What he said was in a joking manner and not as a personal insult to those women. It was out of line, but like I said to many others are doing as bad or worse. I refuse to watch MSNBC for what they did to him. He has do far more for poor children with cancer than anyone else. He has raised more money and done more things to help children than any news group has ever done. I am happy he will be back on even though I don't always agree with him I still think what they did was crazy.

I'm not an early bird, more nocturnal. I did see him on the TV one morning, but that's it. never thought he was funny, but may give a chance. Other than that he goofed up and to "goof up is human", but it was pretty goofy. Save America
don't vote for the commie!

Its about time...And I do not even listen to him. I am just a believer in free speech; the good, bad and ugly.
