Moved in 2 years ago and have been nothing but nice to these idiots. Heres what theyve done in chronological order:
-Broke Into my garage
- the guy talked smack about me to my 3 year old son (the guy dosent even know me) he even had his daughter repeating what he said so my son no longer plays with their daughter.
- stands out on his porch listening to my conversations
- his girlfrind and sister were talking crap about me so I could hear it.
- blares his music late at night when my kids are trying to sleep.
-watches everything I do.
- throws things at the house
-throws things at my cars
MOST RECENT; last Sat:
- caught him getting ready to throw a ball through the window of my ambulance
-stood outside flipping me off
- filed a fabricated CPS report against us.
I shouldnt have to move should I?
What can I do??? I know alot that he does around his kid thats unsafe.
NOBODY IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD LIKES HIM.
Please help...email: phantasm455@yahoo.com also..Thanks
Please help;

Are these people renters? I would get as many signatures as possible from all in the neighborhood and make a complaint either to the landlord, or to the police dept if they are homeowners. Write down dates and times of every wacky thing they do, and have done. Video would be very helpful too.
This would be a start anyway.
My husband also has old cars he restores and works on at home. so I hear where you've coming from. All it takes is for one asshole in the neighborhood to ***** and you've got issues!

If he says nasty things to you or flips you off, ignore him. If he is on his own property and is listening to your conversations or watching you, it is rude but you have to either pretend he isn't there, or go inside with the doors and windows closed where he can't see or hear you.
I would focus on the stuff that is illegal. Report the garage break-in to the police, and call them whenever he blasts his music at night. If he is tryng to destroy your property, call the police. Get a video recorder so you can film this so you have evidence. If possible, set up a hidden camera so he won't know he is on tape. If he damaged any of your property, take him to small claims court for each incident, no matter how minor the damage. If he actually threatens you with bodily harm (have a concealed microcassete recorder on you), that is a crime and you should call the police, then try to get a restraining order. An intentionally false CPS report is most likely a serious crime, so try to get the police involved with this, and perhaps get a lawyer and sue for damages, including the damage to your good reputation. If he is putting his kids at risk, call CPS on him, but have evidence to back up your claim, and make sure it is really something he can get in trouble for. If he uses drugs that would be a great way to get him. Also, since everyone hates him you should be able to use them as witnesses in criminal and/or small claims court.

My nearest neighbor is over a mile away and a stable neighbor. Wishing you success. i would not problem relating to the swearing plenty. while my young infants have been little my husband had a chum who swore extraordinarily. another observe. yet he had a stable coronary heart and replaced right into a advantageous guy otherwise. It did no longer concern me or my young infants. all of us merely left out it. And as for the vehicles in his backyard, ppl can see the version between your backyard and his. the only undesirable ingredient could be once you attempt to sell your place. If the noise saved me wakeful at night, that ought to be the pits.

My first instinct is to tell you to pray. I mean there must be a reason for this nuts existence right? Second, I believe that bully's need to be put in their place -- his sounds like jail. Does your neighborhood have a community watch? If not, you should form one without him and the first person you watch is ....him. Invest in a motion sensored security camera. Notify the local police. File with any and every state agency you can think of (look in your local telephone book).
Never let a bully get away with it. PUSH BACK.

Call the police every time he does something. File a report each time. If the cops are called enough, the guy will be taken in on aggravation charges and that will elect him a court date.

Guy' take what you have just wrote word for word. to the Judge, let him explain to you what you can do. maybe you can get a lawyer, and do something about this. but too, maybe there is nothing he can tell you. but you need to talk to him about it first. he may tell you to, explain this to the police department. do not go to the police department first. make sure you talk to the Judge first. in this way, if the Judge tell s you to take this up with the police. they will come more concerned for they know the judge sent you to them. they should be able to help you, even if it is only to explain to you what you can do. and this will also be put on record that you have a complaint about this person. just in case another thing happens to come up. the police will look at this and understand what they are up against. and be able to take action.

Oh crap. He sounds like a jerk. I would file a restrainint order on him, and tell the cops about throwing things at your house. That's vandalizing and he can be fined or arrested for that. You shouldn't have to move, but I would. He sounds like a pain in the butt.

apparently you have documented what this neighbor has been doing. go to the cops. you have ligitimate reason to have these people punished. personally i would have beat the living sh*t out of those jerks for even trying to talk to my daughter about crap like that. but leave it to the cops. if that doesnt work then call the city and complain.

Don't you worry, a bad neighbor feels a misfortune as a good one get a great blessing. Good fences make good neighbors and the propriety of some persons seems to consist in having improper thoughts about their neighbours.

well, Screw up thier house.
late at night, go to thier house, cut thier hoses, plant an apple in the ground in the backyard, then, light some dog poop on fire, (in a paper bag of course) place it infront of the house, then, press the doorbell, and run to your backyard, and go into the backdoor and have evryone go to bed.
just call the cops, andput a camera around your house to cacth that kid. then, weld his stuff tohgether.
