Are you being legally harassed -- in other words is your treatment due to your race, religion, heritage or gender? It would likely be tough to prove that suddenly ten years into your job your employer decided your race or religion or gender was a problem.
Or are you being treated rudely, unfairly? That may seem wrong, but not legally fit the description of harassment.

Where is your job ? Who is harrassing You? . A question should be worded in a way that leaves no doubt in the answerers mind what information you are seeking. You have not given enough information for anyone to give you a proper answer.

You'd have to define just how you are being harrassed for anyone to give you an answer. Legal "harrassment" has some fairly strict definitions.
