No it's not possible with the Honda S2000. Even with a hardtop and the rear panels gutted, there's metal framework DIRECTLY behind the front seats that will not allow room for rear seats, (or even speakers!)
Directly behind the seats is the trunk, even with a "Spoon" hard top (which extends over the trunk) it's not possible to fit any human of any size behind there.
I believe the S2000 was created to be a 2 seater roadster only.

Not much room behind the seats - maybe enought space to throw a jacket. You would have to create a custom top and then tub out all the whole rear end. Plus how ever sat back there would be on top of the transmission and suspension.

The end result would not look much like the original S2000.

Strictly a 2 seat car.

It's not going to happen. The hardtop fits on ours just like the convertible top would. There is no room in this car for more than 2 people or seats. You do not even have trunk space to take from to modify the car. If you need or want a sport style four seater car you are better off getting a Mitsubisi eclipse or another car like that style.

If you want a sporty 4 seater, look at BMWs. S2000 are sporty roadsters, and are not meant, not ever, to have 4 seats.

The G35 sports 4 seats and is in the same class.

where are you going to find space for these extra seats? have you ever seen the inside of an s2k? even with the seats all the way forward its like 6 inches until the floorpan turns up into the trunk.

Thtat's the dumbest question I've read this whole week. Why the hell would you want to do this? 1st off, there's NO ROOM for a second row, 2nd off... get off that **** you are smoking before you ask something this dumb again.

S2000 will whip the Miata. But you'll pay for it. You can get 2 Miata's for the price of an S2000
