If anyone could give me some information on who publishes books of poetry that would be great.

Also, I need an idea on what I should send to the publishing house along with my poems. Like an essay about me, a photo of myself, and qualifications I have...stuff like that...

If you want to publish a book of poetry, your first step is to publish individual poems in print and/or online journals. That's how you get your work known and build a reputation. Your local library might have a copy of Poet's Market, which lists hundreds of magazines where you can submit your poems.

I don't personally know any poetry publishers, however I suggest going to the library and researching poetry. The publisher's name and address will be on the front page of the books. That would be a good place to start. Usually when you submit something to a publisher, you give a short biography of yourself in a cover letter, and only a portion of your book. If the publisher is truly interested, they will contact you and ask for more info and the rest of the book.

If you don't find a publisher, you can always self publish your book for around $500 at www.iuniverse.com. Good luck!
