Bret Hart vs Kurt Angle would be a good one.
For me, a dream match is when you have 2 huge superstars that have never faced off against each other going at it for the first time on a big time ppv like Mania and the match is so good that it exceeds it's hype. Examples: Hogan vs Warrior, Hogan vs Rock.
I personally would like to see Bigshow vs Undertaker both at their best in a Hell in A Cell match at Mania.

The qualities consist of three major factors.
1. The wrestlers.
2. The style of the wrestlers.
3. The match type that suits the wrestler's style.

A dream match, to me, is between wrestlers who have never competed in the ring who clearly would work well together. Often, these wrestlers are from different time periods or Federations (or have passed on), which is why they never competed against each other.
A few dream matches for me:
1. Chris Benoit vs The Dynamite Kid
2. Brothers of Destruction vs The Road Warriors
3. Jushin Thunder Liger vs Rey Mysterio vs Tiger Mask vs AJ Styles

Undertaker vs. Batista (champion) vs. Mark Henry vs. The Great Khali vs. Kane vs. Edge in a elimination chamber match for the WHC, win the Undertaker!

a dream match i think that i should feel these basic requirements..
*The wrestlers that are participating must at least very good
*The match must fit to the wrestlers..for example Terry Funk in Hardcore match..or Bret Hart in a submission match as you said
*The wrestlers should not have take each other in a match like The Rock and HBK which i consider it a dream match since never happend...
*Personal View..i would like my dream match to be based on pure wrestling match and not in a gimmick one..
