Make up is not a good gift--it's saying that you don't think that she is pretty enough. Don't combine christmans and birthday. Giver her a christmas gift wrapped in christmas paper and a birthday present wrapped in birthday paper. Maybe give her tickets to a upcoming play or concert (that shows that you want to date her in the future) people with b-days in december are always getting jipped on gifts because everyone is always combining the two---set yourself apart and make both events special even though they happen on the same day.

I'd stay away from jewelry. It's a pretty personal gift. How about a picture frame (maybe with a picture of the two of you)? Candles and fancy lotion? Something pampering is nice, like a massage or spa treatments. I like the person's answer for concert or theater tickets, too.

A bottle of perfume. I'm guessing she's in her 20s, so get her Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel. This can be purchased at Macy's, and it will make you look like you know what you're doing when it comes to girls. She'll love it, and you're going to owe me one.
And by the way, don't get her a giftcard. This is tacky and screams "I didn't know what to get you, and the mall scares me."

A gift card to a Day Spa of total pampering...either for her alone or the both of you. It is awesome to go as a couple...it is incredibly romantic.
Another suggestion, a weekend getaway to a bed and breakfast somewhere incredibly romantic...with a spa treatment...I am partial to spa treatments.

dude, if its been only 2 months, I wouldn't get to outrageous gifts. Just get her something that shows her you like her alot. Like a dozen roses and jewelry. It not too much but it really shows her you like here
