I get caught up in them quite a bit. I have a kitten in the house right now, and she reminds me that I shouldn't take ANYthing too seriously! Babies (of any species) are great teachers for living in the present moment.

I'm grateful for such reminders to take myself and the world (my perception of it, anyway) less seriously.

Oh yes I do take my own thoughts too seriously and I do admit that I believe that it is one of my biggest flaws and a huge downfall. Now I have learned with time not to take everything so seriously as I used to such as when I was 16 because maturity kicked in and so did life and events that have changed me. I guess that I still take things seriously, even my own thoughts yet sometimes I stop thinking because I realized that overanalyzing will get you nowhere except staying up at night thinking and thinking and questioning things.I would rather have a simpler life where I do not take things so seriously than where I did in the past because it has saved me a lot of drama.

I do take my recommendations heavily because of the fact they play a important area in the existence I create. whilst i discover that i'm specializing in unfavorable or resistant recommendations, I make the attempt to look any different way. whilst i discover that different recommendations help me sense advantageous, gentle, loving, then I make the attempt to maintain those slightly longer than commonplace. case in point, that's extremely nicely to exageratingly repeat jokes which strike me humorous and milk them for as plenty advantageous capacity as plausible. If I take place to make certain a artwork of artwork which makes me sense truly good, then i will stay there appreciating it as long as plausible. There are thousands of the thank you to maintain the place i opt for to be and that's extreme on account it rather is likewise a thank you to create my fact. Cheers!

Hello Rena, Sometimes! since my daughter moved to Arizona I have thoughts that scare me, like someone is going to hurt her or something, so I take those thoughts dead serious, of course she doesn't understand that she thinks I am just being nosey! LOL I tend to call her every single day, other thoughts I only take serious if there is that gut feeling that comes with it, like it's physically telling me to take it serious.

I seriously think, but don't always take my thoughts very serious.

No, b/c my brain is like a main frame. I rarely have one tho't at a time...I usually have several at once. This makes writing poetry very difficult to clear my mind and write down only what the muse is dictating and not all other garbage...

I have been known to do that. But there are times when I need to know what deserves to be taken seriously and what doesn't.

ah yes....I have actually been told more than once that I shouldn't "think so much!" lol Not sure if I am really that serious sometimes or if I tend to worry more than normal.
