there is no adjustment on a hydrylic clutch you could be low on fluid d o t 3 brake fluid is used could be a warped pressure plate or worn out clutch if you choose to replace it get the clutch kit with clutch pressure plate throwout bearing together its cheaper than buying it seperate besides why tear it down more than once for basically the same problem

Most likely you need to replace the clutch. If you want it done right which involves replacing the clutch, the throw out bearing, resurfacing the flywheel and a maybe a new pressure plate if yours is weak, most of the time they are still good. It can be costly and 4WD will bump the price up more. Of course if you don't want to put a lot of money into it you can just get the worn clutch replaced but at least get a new throw out bearing.

Failed to mention the milage, but chances are your clutch is burn`t out. Very rare the slave cyl would stick, . Time to replace the clutch plate, and you as well may replace the pressure plate and release bearing. 11 years old , if has not been done before it is definately time, Don`t forget to have the flywheel resuraced as you have a slipping clutch which has most likely burnt the flywheel surface. Nothing lasts forever

if the take carry of is properly adjusted, you may have slightly a smell the 1st time you tension, it rather is that in case you're actually not using the take carry of whilst placing out, on the different hand once you're a speed freak and opt for to burn the tires each time which you provide up and then circulate, you will smell the take carry of burning, notably no count number if it rather is a inventory take carry of. now the massive question is did you replace the tension plate and resurface the flywheel, if not you would be changing the take carry of disc lower back

Sounds like the clutch disc is finally used up. Better think about replacing it before the truck don't move at all.

I would check to see if the slave cylinder is leaking oil onto the pressure plate. Look under the tranny where you have access to the flywheel, stick your finger up and feel the surface, if its dry then your cluth is gone.

It could be the adjustment, but longer it slips, the more likely the friction material is burnt bad or gone.
