Well after you have added the salt and pepper place then in the oven for about 40 minutes on 400 degrees. Fix some nice wild rice and some broccoli. Then serve it up! Depending on who's ears your eating one may want to watch out for hair, so plucking the ear before cooking may be a good idea. To add some flavor try a little garlic and Rosemary. For dessert some blood pudding with some plumb wine is always good, enjoy! =) lol.
