what should i include in my speech for the anniversary of the company?

Certainly the history of the company including mentioning the start of the company. Some of the people that have been important as it aged including customers if they are important. Also talk about the future especially if there are know changes or trends. People need to know that it is continuing to improve and grow or it it is stagnate - keep quiet.
