I thought the national title game was exposed to be #1 vs #2 ? Ga was 4 before WV and Miss both lost so they should be ******* 2nd! I guess they just pick the team who they think will get them the most tv ratings!

Yes the only way to find the best team is a playoff system. Division 2 college football has a playoff. Georgia did not make simply because they did not win the division of the S.E.C. East in which they play in. Mark Richt said it on the BCS show. I don't know what it is going to take to convince the NCAA to start a playoff if this year alone does not convince them.

1. They Didnt win their own division
2. They didnt even qualify to play their Conference Championship
3. LSU did both of these things and beat the team that beat you by 21
4. Cant wait till LSU-Georgia game next season! Should be an amazing match-up

The BCS does suck, but there was no way Georgia was gonna play for the title. Yes they "were" #4, but they were idle while LSU & Va Tech played championship games against ranked opponents. Allowing them to jump ahead of the Bulldogs.

Georgia didn't win the SEC. Period. That's the only reason. After the debacle with Nebraska a few years ago, voter said they wouldn't put a non-conference winner in the title game again. That is the reason.

Your question should be why did KU get a BCS and Mizzou didn't? Mizzou had a tougher schedule and beat KU. Down with the BCS.
And for you KU fans out there I'm neither a KU nor Mizzou fan.
