can anybody tell me what "engine coolant temperature circuit high input" means and if its a big problem, and if it is, how do i fix it. i have a 97 350 vortec.

you have two sensors..coolant temp sensor, which tells the computer the temp of coolant, so thermostat will open, and temp sending unit, goes to the guage...just replace the sensor..

that would be the temp sensor is bad. it only costs a few bucks. no big problem
