Place a smal of amount of the suspected drug into the package. Break the vials. Shake the package. Check the color the liquid turns to the corresponding drug from the chart on the box. It's not rocket science. It's a field test. Only qualification is to be able to read. It's enough to charge someone.

For court, I send the suspected drug (anything but pot) down to the state crime lab for testing by a certified chemist.
