Absolutely. God answers my prayers all the time, even if it's in a small way. And I know that if He doesn't answer one, he has different plans for me.

Yes, Gem I know it was. I have had several prayers answered and when I least expected them. Meeting you on here might just be one too. I am going to move to MO. and go to MSU to take up ASL classes and then be tested to become an interpreter. I am severly hearing impaired with out my hearing aids. It's another answered prayer being bestowed upon me. What can you tell me about ASL? I know a very little bit. I have a hearing dog that I need to get accredited to that she can go with me any where I move. HELP! lol Sadie my dog is GOD'S MIRACLE AND GIFT TO ME...wait til you hear how she learned to hear for me....

I certainly do. We don't always understand why some are answered and some are not, but maybe in the next life we will. I think prayer is powerful because the mind and soul are powerful. And faith is very powerful too.

Not only do I believe that prayers are answered,
but the ratio of Blessings that we don't even
know about aforehand are dispersed like,
I don't know, a million to one...

For the times I feel they are not ~ I always try to remember something I once read ...

yes I have believed that! it is one of the greatest feelings but it's the worst feeling when you feel like a prayer wasn't answered.

Yes--It was so specific and out of the blue that I was SHOCKED. I hadnt spoken to my sister in YEARS. I prayed that I would be able to get over my anger and that we could be friends one day and she called me within a week.
