Gyms are a community where a bit of non-intrusive perving is tolerated, but it sounds like he is well outside the bounds. Let him know that you don't lilke him eyeballing you.
If he doesn't stop, tell him again when a couple of others can hear - the others in the gym will normally sort it out for you, especially given your age.
Being an ex-gym junkie, anyone who harasses or makes a girl uncomfortable will be dealt with fairly harshly if they don't take the hint (by people like me).
Good luck!

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT...
There is no such thing as a relationship between a 15 year old and a 30+ year old... I don’t care how old you look... Not a good idea on your part and definitely not on his part... This man can get into a lot of trouble... If he has anything to you... you need to tell him your real age... don't just let him assume...
I know a male that is in jail now because he was messing with a 16 year old girl that looked (to him) like she was 18+... When the girls parents found out... it was all over for him and he is now serving 4 years in prison for messing with her...

First and foremost, Please keep yourself safe. This is a form of stalking. I would notify the owner of the gym and inform them of what is going on, and then go to the police and file a report if these behaviors continue. This is not normal behaviors and should be stopped immediately. It may be that he has done this before to others, and The police should have it on file. Also make sure you parents know about this. The more people who know, the less likely he will try and do something more or go further.

Be very careful around him. If it bothers you and creeps you out you should most definitely tell another trainer or employee at the gym. I really don't recommend telling him your real age or starting into any conversation with him. Try to avoid at all costs situations where you'd be alone with him in the parking lot or rooms... bring a friend with you and have them workout a few feet away and watch from afar... to gauge how he looks at you and keep you protected.

Believe me he is aware of your discomfort. It is an intimidation tactic, and he probably gets a thrill out of thinking that he is making a girl child nervous. Just concentrate on how pitiful a guy is who gets off on something like that and you will be able to look him in the eye and relax.
Also it is a tease for an illegal act. Let someone you trust know what is going on should he decide to play farther.

What gym are you a member of? Is it a chain? I'm curious...Not that it totally matters. I thought you had to be 18 to join OR be accompanied by a parent. How do you get to the gym? Is there a parent/adult with you? You need to inform someone. He might think you are older IF you are working out alone and have no parent/adult present.

Stay as far away from this creep as possible. If he knows your age (Half of his!) and is really doing that, he's not the sort of guy you want top be with. Just try not meeting his looks next time, and see if he gets the hint.

Wow... That's extremely creepy... If I were you I would
A) Get the heck away from him
B) Go up to him and pretend to be a lunatic (ex: ask him if he'd like to go to a Yugioh! convention in San Diego with you)
C) Rip him out one day, like go 'What in God's name are you lookin at?!?!" really loud and people will stare at him and he'll get embarassed an leave you alone.
D) Get a plastic ring from one of those vending machines and pretend you're already engaged and talk to him but flash it around a lot.
Hope it helps! : ) hehehe

Does he know you're 15? because if he knows, be careful, a guy his age shouldn't be playing those games with a teenager. My advise, don't look at him anymore.
