I have always been too laid back and relaxed, always going with the flow and rarely anxious or nervous. It has gotten to a point that its a bad thing.... It's like everytime I do something I always end up screwing things up or making mistakes because I end up not being aware of the situation until it comes to me. I hate it so much.... makes me look so clumsy...

How can I change this?

Spend more time concentrating on the tasks that you have to do. When you keep your mind on things, you can still be laid back and relaxed, but focused. Your personality is not necessarily in need of change. Just remember to think about what you are doing until the job is complete. Then, you will make fewer errors.

lets trade, my anxiety attacks and nervous depression for your laid backedness. Really, you shouldnt complain about this. I wish I could calm down without lots of excersize and alcohol abuse. If you really want to be less laid back, pick up a coffee habit, Im serious. Coffee can be a pretty intense stimulant when consumed in large quantities and it will keep you on your toes.
