"Colour" is an alternate spelling of "color" used mostly in the UK. I think North America is the only country that uses "color".

Colour is the british spelling of it while Color is the American spelling but they still mean the same thing,
I usually use colour cuz my school's in the British system

Colour is how the British spell it. Color is how the Americans spell it. The same is true for labour/labor and probably other words.

a British persons eye's can see three distinct and different colors than an American, and therefore they spell the word different.
