does anyone know if itunes comes on the mx3230 laptop or if i have to install it
by the way is the Mx3230 a good Notebook?

It's not the greatest laptop, buy hey, it's a laptop. They're not made to be super fast. The 1.5Ghz processor in that model is good enough for internet browsing, typing, etc... but don't expect it to be super fast. They originally came with 256MB ram, adding more will make it a little faster (512MB is the defacto minimum standard for most computers today).
iTunes doesn't usually come preinstalled on computers, but it's a free download from Apple.

I have a MX3230 and love it! Great travel laptop. It's perfect for standard office functions, email and internet browsing. Doubt if a "gamer" would be happy with it. The wireless is strong. I immediately replaced the 256mb memory stick with a 1gb and XP works great (minor downside is only one memory slot).
I have iTunes loaded and it works fine (it doesn't come preinstalled, but it is a free download as others have mentioned).

no it is an apple product so its not automatically included on other computers. They keep updating it anyway
be sure to get the extend warranty. you probably will need it
