This is the only item on my husbands Christmas list.
If he didn't have such a big head, this wouldn't be an issue. I've checked every website I could find and there are none bigger than 7 5/8.

I have a similar problem, I take a 7 5/8ths. I usually get my Reds hats from Hatland.com they have a nice selection to chose from. Haven't bought anything from lids but they appear to have a good selection as well.

you may circulate to chi city t oget a actual cubs hat or a least the burbs The cubs clubhouse is a great place for hats, Lids, hatworld, Pauls Hats all great places yet all in chi city

Have you tried Lids? They are in most malls. They may also be able to order the size you need for his 'big head'. lmao

If you live in Chicago--there's alot of places-
The Tribune store on Michigan ave,stores at Navy Pier,stores near Wrigleyville.(or at eBay--your cheapest less footwork)
