I brush my teeth a million times a day (when my dentist tells me I do it too often)...
I sleep with my contacts in.
I read under my computer desk....
I'm in and out of the bathroom (when usuing it) in two minutes or less, always.

Wear under armour shorts under everything.
Floss my teeth all the time and leave the flossers in my pocket and they fall out in the dryer.
Pluck some of the hairs on my stomach.
I also time how long I can go for.
